Inclusive Excellence


CCAS has launched an Inclusive Excellence Initiative, which underscores the college’s commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all our faculty, staff and students. We want members of the CCAS community to feel affirmed, that they belong, that their contributions are valued and that they can be successful. We ask every faculty member to be proactive and responsible for continually examining and assessing their department or program’s curriculum, pedagogy and the diversity of its faculty.
