Grad2Grad: A Special Opportunity for GW Seniors
A special opportunity for graduating GW seniors

The Columbian College is pleased to announce our participation in GW's Grad2Grad initiative. As a benefit for recent grads and current seniors, qualified candidates can now pursue a master's degree or certificate with a 10% tuition discount. Additionally, most programs will waive standardized tests such as the GRE.

Grad2Grad is a special opportunity to transition straight from undergraduate to graduate studies after completing a bachelor's degree at GW. The high caliber of undergraduate students at the university inspired leadership to implement this program, with the goal of increasing quality applicants to GW graduate programs by extending unique benefits to graduating seniors.

Who is eligible?

The program is offered to students who graduate with a GW bachelor’s degree in 2015 or 2016 and immediately begin an eligible GW master’s or graduate certificate program:

  • 2016 graduates must enroll no later than Spring 2017.
  • 2017 graduates must enroll no later than Spring 2018.

Students in dual bachelor’s/master’s programs (excluding Heath Sciences) are eligible for Grad2Grad once they fully matriculate as a graduate student. The tuition discount is available only for the first graduate certificate or master’s program pursued after completion of the bachelor’s degree and can be applied only toward tuition costs for coursework required for the graduate certificate or degree.

Employees receiving tuition benefits are not eligible for the discount, nor are students who have been awarded full tuition fellowships (e.g., Presidential Administrative Fellowships, athletic scholarships).
