Ramee Gentry, Exhibit Experience Manager at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, will share how the Museum is transforming the way the Holocaust Museum approaches redesign projects in its Permanent Exhibition by using a variety of audience testing and evaluation techniques. Seminar participants will have an opportunity to explore displays from one of the most popular museums in Washington and follow behind the scenes as the staff makes changes to the spaces.
