Keri Trolson is vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Since joining the Bank in 2010, Keri has held various leadership roles in the Bank and within the Federal Reserve System in the areas of strategy, risk and resiliency, operations, financial markets and financial stability. She currently leads a national office for the Federal Reserve System’s Credit Risk Management enterprise, where she is leading efforts to modernize the Fed’s discount window and related policy priorities. In 2020, she provided expertise for the policy evaluation and operation of liquidity facilities supporting the municipal bond market in response to the COVID-19 economic crisis. Prior to joining the Chicago Fed, Keri was an investment banker in the municipal finance sector responsible for client acquisition and advisory services, relationship management, and leading the capital raising process for over 100 municipalities, hospitals, higher education institutions and other non-profit institutions. Keri holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago.
