Fandom at the Crossroads: Celebration, Shame, and Fan/Producer Relationships

Professional Technology Fellow and Teaching Assistant Professor in the University Writing Program Katherine Larsen explores the reciprocal relationship between the cult television show, Supernatural, and its groundbreaking fandom. The authors became members of the close-knit fan communities of the show, allowing them to closely examine the passion, motivation, and shame that goes on behind the scenes.
