The MA and certificate programs provide the knowledge of behavioral and management sciences that enables managers to be more effective. They are designed for working professionals in the public and private sectors who wish to increase their competence and career potential. Students can specialize in human resources management, organizational management, or leadership coaching. Offered off-campus.

The PhD program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology offers graduate training in areas such as personnel selection, motivation, training, leadership, and organizational development. Students in the program have internships in a wide variety of settings, including federal agencies, companies, private consulting firms, and international organizations.
